Not surprising about Cheney but i’ll admit its nice to see that both Rice and ultimately Bush were against this.

Umm, yet another reason to question the accreditation of any law school at which John Yoo is permitted to teach. I wonder how many other blatantly illegal or unconstitutional things this guy wrote memos in support of. I mean granted he is a smart guy to come up with ways to get around the law, Constitution, and other pesky limits to basically try and argue that the President posses complete autocratic authority. But he is also a deeply unethical one to do so.
