Its tough since you keep exemplifying it gahrie. This isn’t about Republican’s its about Palin. I don’t consider, say Newt Gingrich or Bob Dole, or Bush I stupid. Nixon also wasn’t stupid (the Watergate coverup was dumb though).
So while you and Sarah seem to be worthy of the bad, stupid meme, you may also want to drop the idea that its somehow targeted at all Republicans. Its just the deserving ones. Seriously, if it were appropriate making fun of some other politician would be fine by me. Bad bowler? Obama. Actually a robot? Gore. Sleeps with anything with a pulse? Clinton, Bill.
I mean Amy Pohlers Hillary Clinton made me laugh alongside Tina Fey’s Palin.

Indeed, Wikipedia states that the old Typhoon class boats were “…technically able to successfully deploy their long-range nuclear missiles while moored at their docks,” albeit “Soviet doctrine for these vessels was to have them attack North America while submerged under the arctic circle…”.

It was something stupid regardless of her being a Republican. You can go off on a tangent if you like, but nowhere was this an attack on the entirety of the GOP except in your head.
