From the linked article: “In Co Galway, the River Suck burst its banks leading to flooding in Ballinasloe…” Now That’s gotta suck. ;]
But yeah, this is apparently the worst flooding in the British Isles in a long time. It’s very bad in Cumbria in the North West of England. In the UK North of Ireland there are floods in Fermanagh & Tyrone, where “In Dungannon, the Artasooly Road has closed after a nearby river burst its bank” and they’re “laying sandbags in Enniskillen as Lough Erne continues to rise”.
Shouldn’t we blame the French for their blatent handballs, which obviously caused this flooding?
We should ALWAYS blame the French. That goes without saying.
Then pledge me the stout sons of France, boys,
Bold Humbert and all his brave men…
No, wait. Already did that one. Nevermind. ;>
(btw, the FFF has told Ireland to F Off. 😉
