At the risk of being spammy, I just wanted to post another reminder to my vast (heh) audience of blog “fans” to enter my 6th annual Oscar Pool!
It’s free, so if you don’t know anything about the nominees, no biggie — what do you have to lose? Just your pride, and who cares about that? 🙂 And if you happen to win, you can join the pantheon of heroes who’ve achieved eternal glory in the previous five pools: Vlada Shelkova (2009), Lisa Velte (2008), Kristin West (2007), Chris McLemore (2006) and Jackie Domaingue (2005).
The deadline to enter is one hour before the Academy Awards begin, i.e., this Sunday at 5:30 PM Mountain Time (7:30pm Eastern, 4:30pm Pacific). We’ll have a live blog & live chat — with live pool results — starting at 6pm Mountain Time (8 EDT, 5 PDT).
