JD April 27, 2010 at 7:16 pm In allegedly unrelated news, gas prices jumped 13 cents today and I had my first $40 tank since mid-2008. Panic indeed. (Could be worse, I suppose. In 2007-08 the rule was “Go to the highest price ending in 4 or 9 that doesn’t exceed an increase of 19 cents.”)
