I guess the Republicans can finally shut the hell up now that Obama saved the world by plugging the hole in the oil well. Another Republican made problem, solved by Obama. And people think he won’t get re-elected. It’s a lock.

Wait, what? Obama didn’t stop the oil well, BP did. It took them too damn long, but their engineers (and yes probalby some government engineers working with them) solved it. The governments role in all this has been one of support (as is mandated by law). It’s ridiculous to give credit for (or blame Obama for) the BP disaster.
What can/should be criticized is why BP wasn’t being reigned in for its clearly negligent practices on the rig, and why regulations were lax as they were in the first place.

I get all my news from Fox News, and the gulf spill was really Obama’s fault. Sean Hannity’s been saying it for the last 91 days. Not to mention all the polls Greta and Bill O have been posting that prove the oil spill is Obama’s responsibility and therefore he gets the blame (and the credit). You really need to watch some Glenn Beck, they’re gonna put us all in FEMA camps pretty soon.
