The alarmingly-Beeping tornado warnings on TV included — right Up Front, as usual :0 — Newington. / As the DopplerRadar DeepPurple blotches bore down upon us, Leanna & I dutifully retreated to the basement, pursuant to Instructions on the Crawl. / Me: “Uh, should I go back up and get the Cat?” She: “No.”“No??”“Nah. There’s thunder, so she’ll already be underneath a bed.”“True.” ;}
Fortunately, we got basically bupkis. Weirdly Bright, to Greenish, to Darkling sky; thunder; heavy-but-brief downpour; then clearing. That was it.
