Be that as it may, there have been more Filibusters in the bast two years than in the entire history of the US Senate combined. That sounds a lot like obstructionism. Granted it’s a cyclical behavior. The Republicans froze Clintons nominations so the Democrats froze Bush’s so now the Republicans are going ape shit nuts on Obamas. In 20 years there’s going to be one judge left on the federal bench…
