The prospect of Beck-Palin-Sharpton Day on the National Mall is the sort of thing that makes me almost agree with Reverend Wright. #godDAAAMNamerica

I just combined these two tweets into a single post, so I should probably clarify, on Jim’s behalf, that he was responding to the first tweet, i.e., saying he’d be “down for participating in” the “‘YOU’RE ALL IDIOTS’ counter-counter-protest.”
Wouldn’t want to kill any future political career Jim might aspire to by making it look like he’d be down for participating in DAAAAMNing America. 🙂
By the way..it’s a Beck rally where Palin will be introducing a speaker…not a Beck/Palin rally.
The phrase “a Beck rally where Palin will be introducing a speaker” would take up, like, almost half a tweet. And IMHO “Beck/Palin rally” is not inaccurate. It’s a rally at which both Beck and Palin will be present, supporting the same cause, no? I’m not suggesting they’re a national ticket (Beck/Palin ’12….oh good lord), just using a shorthand to talk about a rally they’re both lending their considerable public personas to.
