It’s not that hard to figure out really, why would you ally yourself with a group who is trying to limit your rights and freedoms domestically just to oppose an international movement that is allready being opposed by everyone? The GOP hasn’t exactly done a good job of making gays feel welcome with things like Prop 8. While I can understand that some gay people can and do feel that other issues that they agree with conservatives on are important enough to look past that difference, I don’t think it takes a rocket scientist to see why gays wouldn’t be inclined to band together with Republicans over jihadists.
