Not sure how RIce is listed as a vs. game when the game is being played in Houston (where Rice is located). And the Oklahoma game isn’t exactly a home game. On Rice’s site that game is listed as a home game for them.

The Texas-OU game is always considered a neutral-site game, with tickets distributed 50-50, I believe. Dunno about the Rice game – that’s interesting.
The Rice-Texas game always makes me think of JFK’s “we will go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard” speech … because the Rice-Texas game is one of the “other things”:

We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.
