That said, it’s also terrible that Hawaii’s coach went for a FG instead of going for it on 4th and goal from inside the 1. Really!? You’ve got a chance for 7 points against USC, to pull within 7 at halftime, with a simple up-the-middle (or Bush Push?) running play, and you take the 3 points instead? YOU’RE PLAYING USC! YOU’RE HAWAII! You aren’t going to win by kicking field goals! It’s not like your defense is going to prevent Barkley from getting any more TDs in the second half. Terrible coaching decision.

I think the Broncos should pick him up. We don’t have nearly enough quarterbacks, what with Orton, Tebow and Quinn (oh my!). 🙂

I reached on Leinart back in my 2007 fantasy draft. Now I doubt he’ll ever be a starter in the NFL (unless the guy he’s backing up gets injured).
