This kind of BS is what’s wrong with the Feds in court. They can’t convincingly prove anything, but because some facts don’t match-up exactly with answers given then someone goes to jail for a couple years? There should be a law against chicken-ass convictions like lying to investigators, when it’s usually just not remembering acurately/verbatum.
If the facts are solid, you don’t need the allegedly guilty party’s testimony, period.
