Although Jim Geraghty is somewhat of a homer, he does have some very good analyses of polls and their believability, especially when it favors the GOP. The PPP poll that has Sestek up by one has Democrats making up 48% of the sample. That 4 points higher than the Democratic percentage in 2008, and 5 points higher than in 2006. So basically, if Democrats set records for turnout, then Sestek might pull out a nail biter.
