Sizing up members of the opposite sex (or the same sex, if you swing that way) in the office and approaching them for a date = nothing wrong with that.
Doing it again after you’ve been rebuffed = skating on very thin ice.
Making comments to women in the office about their cup size or sexual interests = bad.
Being a fan of porn = none of our business.
Making locker-room-type comments about office coworkers and their physical features to other colleagues = happens all the time, just tread carefully.
Whatever the merits are of these claims (some seem more credible than others), I think there are enough stories and rumors out there that Thomas should probably recuse himself from cases having to deal with sexual harassment even just for appearances sake.
