Nebraska did. Boise demanded a million dollars.
…which is pretty much the going market rate. Ole Miss paid Jacksonville State $900,000. Ohio State paid Colorado $1.2 million. Why is it unreasonable for Boise to think it’s worth an 11% premium over a 1-AA team, or a 17% discount versus a terrible Big 12 team?
