Poor Ball State. They came into last year’s MAC title game 12-0 and ranked #12. They lost that game to Buffalo, then got crushed in GMAC Bowl by Tulsa, then lost this year’s season opener to North Texas (which was 1-11 last year), then lost today to D1-AA New Hampshire. That’s quite a tumble.

Last Saturday, we noticed that a house in our neighborhood, a couple of blocks away, had some rather conspicuous Ohio State gear in its front yard:
So we resolved that, this Saturday, we’d introduce ourselves to our local neighborhood Buckeyes with a bit of friendly trash-talking. Thus, this morning, we walked over to their house with a sign in tow, intending to leave it in their door:
We actually ended up meeting one of the Buckeyes and chatting. He was nice. I hope his team gets crushed tonight. 🙂
