This version is 25 seconds longer than the original, thanks to some new footage from just before & just after the song. It also features: (1) more closeup Taylor footage (thanks, Oscar!); (2) more full-frame shots (inspired by my New Year’s Dayedit); (3) better audio (I think); and (4) Lauren‘s memorable livestreamed sobs — which felt important to include, as they were an indelible part of the moment for tens of thousands of Swifties who were watching the surprise songs live on a grainy livestream that night.
